Co-extruded barrier films

In combining polyolefins with nylon and EVOH barrier materials, Flextech is able to provide a wide range of film dimensions for many applications requiring excellent barrier properties.

We have developed films for container liner applications taking advantage of our 5 and 9 layer extrusion technology. These films have excellent pinhole resistance and mechanical strength. We can also custom design film structures to include anti-static/dissipative properties for safety during end use.

Our in-house welding equipment allows us to provide barrier films upto 30m wide for agricultural and vacuum bagging applications.

5-layer technology: Up to 5,5m flat sheet and up to 30m folded.

9-layer technology: Upto 3,5m flat sheet and up to 30m folded.

Thickness range: 22µm to 500µm.
